Dolf Möhr is a professional Civil Engineering Technologist and Professional Construction Project Manager, specialising in the Property Management, Design and Project Management of all aspects of engineering and building developments. He is the Managing Director of CSM Consulting Services and also one of the Directors of Amohela Property Management Pty Ltd and ZoranCSM in Mauritius. His experience covers the design and construction of building projects and municipal infrastructure projects. Dolf has done work for various clients including state departments, local government, private developers and mining companies.

Chris Vancoillie is a Professional Engineer with over 45 years’ experience in the design and construction of civil municipal infrastructure. His experience covers the design and construction of bulk water supply schemes, sewer and water distribution networks, stormwater management systems, roads, dams, irrigation schemes, reservoirs and pump station. He also has experience in the master planning of water and sewer networks and in the drafting and submission of technical reports and feasibility studies for bulk services for new developments. He has done work for various clients including state departments, local government, farmers and private developers.

She is a registered Professional Architect, capable of providing full professional services including client liaison, research, design, detailing, documentation, contract administration and supervision of the construction process for the completion of any built environment projects.
