Dolf Möhr is a professional Civil Engineering Technologist and Professional Construction Project Manager, specialising in the Property Management, Design and Project Management of all aspects of engineering and building developments. He is the Managing Director of CSM Consulting Services and also one of the Directors of Amohela Property Management Pty Ltd and ZoranCSM in Mauritius. His experience covers the design and construction of building projects and municipal infrastructure projects. Dolf has done work for various clients including state departments, local government, private developers and mining companies.

Isharlan Pillay is a Professional and Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Professional Construction Project Manager. He has extensive experience in the financial and contractual management of construction projects across public and private sectors. His areas of specialization include cost planning and control, procurement strategy, tender evaluation, contract administration (across JBCC, NEC, GCC), and claims adjudication. He has worked on a wide range of infrastructure and building developments for local authorities, developers, and institutional clients. He is known for his approach to risk management, attention to regulatory compliance, and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. Isharlan has represented clients at the highest level, including engagements with national and provincial departments, state-owned entities, and private developers.

Markus Meyer is a Green Star Accredited Professional Architect and Professional Construction Project Manager with 22 years’ experience in design, documentation, technical co-ordination, as well as project management and administration of all stages of a project. His experience ranges from commercial to institutional, educational, retail, industrial, residential, mixed-use and the automotive industry. Along with his Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Pretoria, he also holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
